Judgel

What is Judgel about?

In Judgel (name from Judgement and Shovel) you come across a mighty artifact with magical powers: a shovel. The shovel possesses a conciousness and for the permission to use it, it wants you to obey its orders. Use its powers to defeat enemies!

The shovel judges your actions and grants you power based on how much it currently likes you.

Further Information

Judgel has been created for the "Jame Gam #15" Game Jam, the Theme being "together" and the special object "shovel".

Together is being incorporated by giving the shovel a conciousness and it being your partner. Your actions and decisions earn the shovels approval or disapproval and influencing the attack strength. 

The game/prototype has been developed in Unity 2021.3.20f1 using the HDRP.

I developed the game as a solo developer and only using Assets I created myself, no third party content. I wrote all the scripts during the time period of the jam.

If there's interest, I might continue development on this game.
