Judgel v0.22 - Small Patch

New Content:

• Added vegetation to the rock wall surrounding the playfield to make it look less bland
• Added an ambient effect - small (golden glowing) windbells floating around and playing atmospheric sounds
• More Options in the pause menu: A Mouse Sensitivity Slider, a Volume Slider and a Quit Game Button

Adjustments:

• Slight graphical adjustments (mainly the clouds)
• Performance optimizations, especially the "Performance" graphics setting should now offer more fps
